As a rule I do not respond to retailers who deliver what they are paid to deliver. In my case, I ordered a pair of half door on Feb 12/07 close to the end of the business day and received them before noon on Feb 16/07.  That's Vancouver to Toronto via ground freight! Exceptional service. 

It's too cold to put the doors on, but if they perform as well as service, we will be doing business again shortly.

I normally don't take the time to do this sort of thing but I just wanted to take a quick minute to compliment you and your business.  I received my softtop yesterday morning.  I haven't opened it up yet but I am very pleased with all aspects of the customer service I received starting from the ordering process.  I found your company by doing a search on softops for Jeeps, on the web.  I found the pictures that you provided, illustrating the different styles and makes of Jeeps was a great help and the invoicing/payment portion was very user friendly and clear.  This is what stood out to me from the other retailers.  I am a computer programmer myself and I would say your IT team did a great job.  It may not have all the bells and whistles of some online shopping pages but more importantly the functionality and speed are fantastic!  I will spread the word here to my friends who own Jeeps.  Take care and good luck!

I usually don't send emails to companies, but this time its different. I have just completed putting on the new Top I purchased, on my old faithful YJ. It was easy to put on and looks sharp.

 

The real point of my e-mail is to say thank you to your staff at the Burnaby Store. When I called they where polite and full of sound advice. They helped me pick the parts I needed and helped to get me a difficult part. Then to top it off, sorry about the pun, I paid what has to be the best price in North America. Before I purchased from you, I had searched and searched on line for Jeep parts and accessories that where reasonably priced, without luck. That was until I found your web site. I was amazed, I had to call and ask if the prices listed where a mis-print. You assured me that they weren't and about a month later I ordered the top, and accessories. It arrived when you said it would, the right parts on time. The weather has taken its toll on my old top and I am glad that I stumble across you guys. I am happier and drier.

 

Also, I was heading into town and stopped to get a coffee, in the drive thru the women at the window said her husband had a Jeep and needed a new top. I was so happy with my new top, that I told her about Gemini Sales, and tore the top left hand corner off my invoice and gave it to her so she could let her husband know that there is a place in "Canada" where you can get Jeep Parts, no hassle without taking a 2nd mortgage out on your home.

    The hood latches came today.

    I think it was kinda funny that I checked the online tracking number and this morning

    it was supposedly still in BC. :-)

    Either way, they only took 20 minutes to install (including removal of old ones).

(Tuesday the 3rd) before noon!   Amazing!  What - do you have
