Hi, I wanted to let you know that I am very happy with the recent order I
placed with Gemini. The pricing was reasonable, the shipping very quick
and the packaging was great. Both items I ordered were glass and were in
great shape upon arrival. I am doing a pretty extensive repair on a Jeep
that was rolled and had to source many parts online. I had sourced some
items from a competitor of yours and got such horrendous service and
inexplicable attitude that I ended up cancelling my order with them.

Couldn't find the

miles away, I got a call from bus depot at 10:30 this morning saying the
parts were there. That's unbelievable, when I ordered, YJ mirrors and CJ
door weather seals I expected to wait weeks, I wasn't expecting in stock

My husband and I
received the flares a few days ago and we just put them on the old girl
last night – they look great! “She” got a new paint job (rollers &
brushes) in bright yellow (yikes, my hubby picked that out) and new body
work…the old girl (79/94 CJ7-YJ rebuild) is for the bush and doesn’t
require the bling on the outside – just on the underside

As a rule I do not respond to retailers who deliver what
they are paid to deliver. In my case, I ordered a pair of half door on Feb
12/07 close to the end of the business day and received them before noon
on Feb 16/07. That's Vancouver to Toronto via ground freight!
Exceptional service.
It's too cold to put the doors on,
but if they perform as well as service, we will be doing business again
shortly.

makes of Jeeps was a great help and the invoicing/payment portion was very

I
usually don't send emails to companies, but this time its different. I
have just completed putting on the new Top I purchased, on my old
faithful YJ. It was easy to put on and looks sharp.
The real point of my e-mail is to
say thank you to your staff at the Burnaby Store. When I
called they where polite and full of sound advice. They helped me
pick the parts I needed and helped to get me a difficult part. Then to top
it off, sorry about the pun, I paid what has to be the best price in North
America. Before I purchased from you, I had searched and searched on line
for Jeep parts and accessories that where reasonably priced, without luck.
That was until I found your web site. I was amazed, I had to call and ask
if the prices listed where a mis-print. You assured me that
they weren't and about a month later I ordered the top, and
accessories. It arrived when you said it would, the right parts on time.
The weather has taken its toll on my old top and I am glad that I stumble
across you guys. I am happier and drier.
Also, I was heading into town and
stopped to get a coffee, in the drive thru the women at the window said
her husband had a Jeep and needed a new top. I was so happy with my new
top, that I told her about Gemini Sales, and tore the top left hand corner
off my invoice and gave it to her so she could let her husband know that
