1173 - Winch Mounting Plate JK/Wrangler 07UP The new JK Winch Mounting System comes complete with all necessary hardware to add a winch to your JK while retaining the stock bumper. Drilling is required on some vehicles not equipped with factory tow hooks but there is no need for cutting with this design by Rough Country. This kit includes a winch mounting plate, mounting brackets and all necessary hardware for a quick and easy installation time of 1-3 hours.
